Who this is for. Institutions wanting capability built into how their people actually work, rather than studied.

What a research collaboration involves
The useful collaborations are the ones where the institution has a real question about capability, judgment or professional formation, and is willing to have the answer come out inconvenient.

If a study touches an Edney Learn instrument
Instrument ownership, data control, scientific leadership and publication authorship are agreed separately and named in the agreement, because collapsing them is how a commercial instrument ends up wearing academic authority it has not earned. I hold a commercial interest in Edney Learn, disclosed in any agreement and publication. A commercial relationship is never research consent.
