Why this changed
A short self-score is easy to over-read. People quote it in appraisals and applications, and it was never built to carry that weight.
There is now one version instead of two: a stated purpose, guidance on what a result does and does not mean, and a route to have a result corrected.
Where to find the current profile
What it can help you do. Reflect on your own practice, prepare for a development conversation, and decide where to concentrate effort.
What it cannot do. It does not establish verified competence, and there is no population norm, percentile or ranking. It must not be used for hiring, promotion, pay, grading, certification or eligibility.
